Wow...it’s so hard to believe that after just 5 short days after surgery, my pants fit better! It feels so soon and so encouraging!! ????

 Good evening fellow VSGers!!

So tired of smoothies. Any ideas to get my protein in without using smoothies until I can expand my diet a bit?

FYI- I’ve been on Full fluid diet for the past three weeks, before surgery, And I have four more weeks to go on fluids. I’d really like to find another way to get my protein. I’m really bored of it...

I got my surgery date!  It's May 16th and I'm so excited for this to happen. I can hardly wait until the big day!! :)
