had surgery on Friday and was finally sent home yesterday after I passed lots of gas. Tonight is my first night home and I can’t seem to get comfortable in bed. Those adjustable beds seem so amazing now! How did you prop yourself to ease discomfort?

are the delmonte no sugar added ice pops ok to eat afterwards? I’m assuming it’s not ok for my 48 hr liquid prior to surgery but I didn’t know about afterwards
