Currently pregnant, interested in surgery after giving birth

I am new here! I am currently 26 weeks pregnant who is my last child. And I have been researching Bariatric surgery for the past 2 years.   I have been obese my whole life. I don't look as if I weigh as much as I do so I am told. 

 I am currently 240 pounds and around a 5' 4 and a 1/2 inches tall.  I have only gained about 7 pounds this pregnancy. Just to give retro spect on how much I actually weigh. 

I've tried all the fad diets and even adipex.

 I have called the baractrics surgery center near me and gave them my insurance information and they told me that my insurance requires 6 to 7 months worth of nutritional expertise along with all of the testing required. I don't know if I currently have any health risks such as sleep apnea, high cholesterol, fatty liver, because I would have never been tested for any of those. Is there any way I can start a nutritional program currently so I don't have to wait as long after I give birth?
