Plateau

Hi everyone,
Well... I'm apparently doing something wrong. Im still having trouble eating solid food. Im getting through one shake, sometimes 2 and everything I try to eat causes me stomach pain. The scale makes me want to throw it out the window!! I'm trying to walk but unfortunately my heel spur is not getting any better. My body thinks it's starving and won't let go of this weight! I don't post here much because I don't want to discourage others but I'm frustrated & upset.
A few pretzels, whole grain crackers w natural peanut butter, or a piece of fruit is it. Chicken or fish in small amounts goes down but after 3-4 bites the discomfort & nausea is a real turn off. I don't like food. I drink water & decaf tea. Lack of protein & calories is sabotaging my efforts. I'm going back to the doc & dietitian on Oct 12th.
Hello all

Well it's been about 9 weeks and I'm finally able to eat some solid foods. The nausea is still an issue but I'm trying. I'm down 44lbs since surgery but feeling frustrated still about being unable to walk as much as I need to. I don't post much but I do read and want you all to know I fully support you!! Thank you for your support and encouragement as well.
Frustration!

Walking is the one thing that is a priority. My doc sand nutritionist stressed this but I had a heel spur before surgery which had made it impossible!! The pain is unbearable and an anti inflammatory is all that gives me relief, but not allowed to take those. I feel as though I'm stalling out becauseI can't wall like I want or need to. I used to handle frustration with food, now I've gone back to my music. I have been dehydrated but am feeling better. Nausea, constipation, can't tolerate vitamins, now zero energy. Not handling this well... back on all liquids and I'm 4 weeks out. I am getting some protein from split pea/lentil soup, thinned down to broth consistency. Any suggestions?
