Surgery moved up to 3/12. Trying to get healthy and begin the change to the new diet I wil have to adhere to. Protein requirements is a struggle. I turned to Protien Shakes to help me meet the 60-80 grams per day. Struggling with coffee the most right now and have started to mix half and half reg and decaf into my morning ritual. Thought of changing to decaf tea? I am sure this is normal. Any thoughts. Over all nervous about the big day and what is all to come although excited at the same time.
