Days 4 and 5

Day 4 (yesterday) was rough.  I went over on carbs by having 3 coffees instead of one, having a cookie that I helped my son bake and having two bowls of cereal at night.  I should have just gone to bed instead of bingewatching 13 Reasons Why with my husband.

I am afraid I let my all or nothing attitude bring me down because today hasnt been the best either.  Two small coffees from Dunkin (one without cream or sugar and one with) and part of a Nutragrain type bar.  My children are being hellions so I dont have time to log food now but I will definitely do it today.  I need to be accountable to myself, especially on my "bad" days.
