Fourth of July fun

Well the Fourth was the one week sleevaversary for me, so there was no partaking in BBQ eating, but I attended two BBQ's. I walked past a loaded grill and announced "I lay claim to none of this", or asking if it came in Protein Shake format :). 

I had a great time at both parties and enjoyed watching fireworks from one of them. All in all a great fourth and I look forward to the next one :).
