It is as if I am repeating life all over again.  I've done this before.  This time has to be different.  I have to be different.  

New habits

New self-care

New approach

New boundaries

I OWE THIS TO ME!!!

I followed all of the steps and chipped away at all of the requirements.  

A part of me is unsure about following through with the surgery.  However, I'm unhappy with my weight.  

I had WLS about in 2007.  I has great success physically but mentally and spiritually I suffered.  My weight loss was solely based on the surgery and I never dealt with my lack of discipline.
