"There are many surgeries you could have to promote weight loss. There are many surgeons you could have perform these surgeries. However, I have never had a more exceptionally wonderful surgery experience then with Dr. Alvarez. From my weight of 424 at the time Dr. Alvarez took a chance on me to allow me as a patient on April 24th, 2022 through the surgery on June 16th, 2022, through today September 15, 2022, I have lost over 100 lbs. Dr A was strict but supportive every step of the way. The endobaratric facility is more like a spa then a surgical facility. The staff there are exceptional and meet or exceed all expectations. I’m going to continue my weight loss path and look forward to dropping my next 100 lbs. There is no valid reason that if you need or want this surgery to have it anywhere else.
