I was 600 pounds and did not realize it! I was fully functioning but huge! I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Long Beach, California by Dr. Naim. I now have Lipedema and where I had loose skin, it is now filled with fluid and I am up 75 pounds after a 200 pound weightloss! I was so happy to have lost my weight because I could go in the stores, like Kohls, and buy a Jennifer Lopez dress; I have 4! All my clothes are getting too small because of the fluid build up in my thighs and stomach. I need help! tears, tears, tears!
