Question, and it might be a little TMI for some & a little long, sorry.

I will try to keep this short. I have been having some issues with getting a little dizzy from time to time (not too bad) so I have been focusing on getting my water in 4

I am just past my 9 month post op anniversary. For the last 2 months I have hit a little bit of a stall. I will lose about 5 pounds right before my cycle starts, then it all just stands still.
