VSG surgery 9/21/15.
Thought about and researched it for over a year before going to seminar (March 2015) and starting the 6 months insurance hoops.
HW ever = 297 (Jan 2015) - at this time I had mild Type II Diabetes and high cholesterol. Both of those things are already back in normal ranges.
Starting weight officially = 291 (day before liquid pre-op diet 9/9/15). SW = 275 (9/21/15). Goal = 160.
