Hello everyone . .. I haven't been on in a while  so here's  my update I hit my goal weight  as of last week  which is 165 i weight in this morning and im down to 164.2 . Im so proud of myself  all my hard work has paid off i just need to careful not to loss to much weight .  

Hello everyone its be a while since I have wrote anything... Well I have lost 68 pounds day of surgery Feb 11 2016 I'm now 185 my goal is 165 so 20 to go . I have stalled for the last month I know this last 20 pounds is going to be the hardest.. Any suggestions con how I can kick it back in gear ? Thank you all in advance ?
