Hi I am a stress eater. At this time my life is full of stress. I have gained 20lbs I feel so bad about it I am also gonna be 50 going through pre menopause. I have joined the gym and also tried adding protein drinks to my diet the protein drinks make my stomach bloated and I feel horrible.I have tried eating special k cereal at night! I dont know Now I am considering seeing a doctor for an appetite suppresent.This is so hard???? I am trying to figure this out!
