SO much has happened this year!

Nov 05, 2018

2018 will definitely be a year of HUGE events in my life! In May, I had subchondroplasty surgery on my right knee (they drilled holes in my bones and filled with stuff to strengthen my bones and help to stop stress fractures from spreading). And then just six short months later? I finally was approved and had my Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy!!

It's amazing, really! I was approved in less than a week from the time it was submitted to my insurance. NOW with losing the weight, I may never need that knee replacement!! I can already feel a difference in how my undergarments are fitting. I can see more definition in my cheeks. My neck feels smaller when I lay back in the recliner...no more feeling like I'm being smothered.

I can only imagine how much more weight loss will feel like. Can't wait to see where this takes me!
