Weighed this morning.  My weight 171.5.  Yea! if only I can get back to where I was.
I wonder if weighing the same is going to reduce these inches?

10/30/09    I was 179, today 11/15/09  171.5     slow, but still moving down.

Its been almost 3 yrs out for me 11/22/06 was my surgery date.  I've done well, can't really complain, of course I would love to lose more.  Last Dec I was 164 , then sometime in March 09 I was 169, I went to the doctor last week Fri 10/30  and I was 179 same place I was on my last post 9/2007.  :(  SAD!!!   I've been trying to cut back, and as of today 175.5.
I have decided to go get another fill.  I have an appt Monday 11/09/09.  I'm praying they can still give me a fill.

I was 4.2 as of Sept 07.  I know Dr Barker now charges in lieu of $110.00 for a fill (my insurance doesn't pay for fills), that because he now does fluro  I have to pay $250.00 and then if I come back for any reason it will be $120.00.  I was not happy about that and plan on writing him a letter.  All of my previous fills were done without fluro and if I was having a problem, I think I would know and I certainly wouldn't be gaining weight.

I haven't been posting or on line in a long long time.  I finally found my stuff and someway today I remembered my password.  YEA!!!!

I'm still on and off again.  My lowest weight thus far has been 178.0
I went to the DR and got another fill 09/18/07 (Tues), I was at 4.0, I'm now at 4.2--- my sixth fill.
I have noticed before I could eat rice, now not so much.
I have to eat much smaller portions, I have to start paying closer attention to when I think I've had enough instead of waiting until I know I get that feeling not another bite can go down (starts feeling like I'm getting stuck--slightly).
I'm eating smaller amount but 2 hrs later, I'm get hungry again.

A new learning faze again.  I really hope this helps my weight loss.  I've been discouraged but the doctors office said I was right on target, averaging 5 lbs a month.  I didn't feel like I was losing like that, but they were averaging by the amount of time and my weight.

181.5 as of today.
I haven't had a fill since April, but I'm thinking of getting one.
I've never been at the sweet spot.

I'm stuck at 208.5.  I haven't loss anything since 2/28/07.
I've been eating way to much I know.  I can't seem to stop.
I'm still doing my water exercises 3 to 4 days a week.  I hope I'm losing inches!
I go in for another fill next week and I can't wait.  I sure hope it helps.
I need help.  Its just depressing to not lose anything, although I pretty much eat what ever I want.  I don't eat pasta, rice and not much bread and no french fries.
I just dread seeing everyone at Easter because I know they will probably be expecting me to look so different.  I haven't really seen my huband's side of the family since Christmas.

I had my third fill yesterday.
My doctor added .4 cc so now I have a total of 2.6cc's in a 4 cc band.
My doctor thought I was doing great considering how much I had lost and still leaving myself so much room to get fills later.
Of course I want to lose faster and for him to give me more of a fill
but he said as I continue to lose, I will have more room to get more of a fill later when I most need it.
He is the sweetest doctor.

I missed Wed and Thurs of water aerobics, because a friend at work lost her husband over the weekend and Wed was the viewing and Thurs my husband had surgery on his shoulder and I was so worn out I couldn't have gone anyway.  I do love it so I don't want to miss any next week.

My current weight as of this morning: 209.5
I need to measure -- maybe later.
