In (kind of) maintenance

so my last blog update had me in maintenance with a healthy body fat and a pound range of 140-150. My body as decided otherwise. In the past few months I have dropped further weight and gained some muscle and dropped to the low end of the healthy body fat range for my age. I will take it!
Thrilled with my scan reaults. The technician told me she has never seen results like mine. I got 20 questions about how I am doing it. She said she's seen weight loss, but those people always lose muscle and or have bone density impact and I have gained muscle and not lost bone density.
On my scale this morning, my all time low 136.6...but I think that it partly dehydration as I've been floating between 137-138 for the last week or two.
