Lately every time I drink something I get really nauseas (unless I drink about 30 mins after I eat something). Not only that, but I've been feeling a little crampy today. It feels like period

I made it through the liquid diet without any slip ups, and now I am sleeved!!! I'm well, excited, in some pain, but I'm getting better every day. I'm so ready to move forward with this journey!
