Loving my self

Good morning today I check my weight and I was amazed at the progress. Starting this journey was in January 2016 I was weighing in at 400 pounds. And before my surgery July 7th 2016 I was weighing 354 pounds. And now today September 10 2016 I am weighing 313 pounds. Thank you Almighty GOD. For giving me strength to love and care for myself again.
