Can someone please give me suggestions on how to get ride of this constipation. I barely have a BM once a week. I'm taking an iron pill plus a stool softener and I'm clogged so bad. I think this is why I'm feeling so bad.

Good afternoon..... I am 3 weeks out today for a revision from my lap band to the RNY. I am having a very Hard time getting my vitamins and my protein in daily. I am so nauseous that I can hardly put anything in my mouth. Does anyone have any suggest

I am 3 weeks out today and having a HARD time getting all my vatamins and protein in daily. Im so nauseous that I really don't want to eat or take the pills. It seems to take me all morning to get the meds in then I have a hard time eating due to fee
