I am 49 years old and trying hard to stay positive nothing can change my mind I need to loose weight is not easy when you have your refrigerator full and 3 man's in the house which they need to eat regular food and I can't even touch it or think about it but my positive thinking is gone make me strong to don't crush all the hard work my surgeon doctor did to help me 

I was and I am very resistant to insulin and my life is gone change from.the time I decided to get the surgery I know I have a strong challenge with feeling acid reflux and cravings but when I have them I think how miserable I was before not even be able.to walk and sleep and feel neuropathy having blood clots and felling I will die the next day so this is keeping me strong to.keep going
