Susan, Reading about you, was like reading a page out of my book. I'm just about ready for my surgery, most likely about 6 weeks out. I just wanted to share with you that I've had BOTH knees replaced. I got brave though and was completely AWAKE for both surgeries. I had epidurals for each and it was great. Bad knees are no way to live. I've had open heart surgery as well. Hang in there.

Susan, Hang in there girl, God is with you, and things do get better. My Lifesaver has been the nurses in my doctors office. I am 3 weeks out and anytime I have had a problem I just pick up the phone and they are there for me! As a nurse myself I can tell you that when you get your thyroid function corrected you will find your energy soaring! Lots of Luck to you and May God Bless You!
