"1 - 33g scoop has 1.5g fat, 3 carbs, 25g of protein. 130 calories (15 calories from fat) remember to add additional info if milk or juice added. Mixes well with milk and tastes pretty good. It did not leave me with an after taste. I would recommend it and buy it again."

True Lemon/Lime
"True to it's name "True Lemon" it offers an extreme lemony taste. Due to GERD I normally tend to stay away from products like this because of the acid. I do think that it is a great product for people that need flavor in their water. I myself (b/c of my GERD) would just use it for tea or other recipes that called for a lemon or lime flavor. Product has a real "true" lemon flavor. I think it would worth while for those that really like lemon lime flavor."
