you are doing great i hope i do as well as you. i'm having my surgery on thursday the 15th in august i'm going on a cruise so i i lose as much as you. any sugestions? beth

only a four more days to your new life. I know its scary, but remember you have alot of support here on this site. I will be right behind you, I go in on the 20th. I wish you a speedy recovery, and hope you loose all the weight you want. Good Luck and God Bless
