Angel Update: I received a call from Susanna and she came home this afternoon! She is happy to have the drain out and said she is a little bit sore but is feeling quite well. Now all she has to do is take at easy, enjoy her time off from work, and not try and do too much too soon. :) Hugs to you Susanna and congrats on making it to the other side!

Angel Update: I called Susanna around 1:30 p.m. this afternoon and she sounded great! She said she was up, had very little pain or discomfort, was drinking, eating soup and jello, and felt really good. :)

Angel update: I spoke with Susanna's husband about 4:30 p.m. on 5/13/02 He said she did not get in to surgery until about 12 p.m.He said he was the nervous one and she was very calm about the whole thing. :) Her surgery took about 4 hours and the doctor had just come out a few minutes before I spoke with him and said the surgery went well. There were no problems or complications, and Susanna was in recovery and doing well. Her husband expected to be in recovery with her within the hour.
