Moiasa, Thank you for posting to my profile and your kind words. I understand when you say your date can't get here fast enough, been there done that. :) You too will do well and be down 50 lbs before you know it. I didn't think I would get there but look where I am. Bless you and happy losing. MaryLyn

Moiasa, I am praying for you to have a safe jouney to the "other side". But......wait until at least 8/23/03 before you try picking anything up off of the floor!! I had my surgery a little over a year ago and have lost 105 pounds and I am still going. This is still the best thing I have done for my health. I can now walk about a mile and a half and last year at this time I couldn't even walk a block and was using a wheelchair for most outings. That wheelchair is in the garage under wraps.........hope I never need it again, but if I do my DH won't have as much trouble pushing it around as he did when I was 311#. Wish you the best. Hello Moiasa - Thank you for your sweet email. I wanted to say <b>Congratulations!!!</b> on your upcoming surgery. My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. I will forever be grateful for the surgery and the changes it's brought to my life. Know that you are not alone and that there are MANY of us who will have you in our prayers on your very special day. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND drink that protein, lots and lots of it.
