Hi Leah, I just wanted to thank you for the vote of encouragement, that really meant alot to me, my surgery date is june 27th, I thought it was the 15th but I was wrong. I will let you know how it goes, keep me posted on how your doing? thanks again . trish

Hi Trish, I just saw your surgery date page and noticed you are having an Open VBG. I had one on April 30. It has been 4 weeks today and I feel great. Sometimes I even forget that I had surgery. I havent weighed this week, but last time I did I had lost 25 lbs. I can really tell a difference in my clothes. But most of all, I am off my diabetes and blood pressure meds. Both are normal now. Thank God for answered prayers. Just wanted to let you know that things will be so much better in a short time. God Bless, Leah
