Well, my surgery is over and I'm home. Surgery was Tuesday, 9/25/01 and I was released from the hospital on Friday, 9/28/01. I feel good. Eating was scary at first, but I'm doing good with it. I did do exactly as the Dr. predicted, I overate or ate too fast. Nonetheless, the pain was not fun. I walked around until it passed. I tried to lay down ---- wrong ---- must stay upright. I don't want to do that again. I haven't done the "dumping" that I've read about. I'm still not sure what that's all about.
