1 year out and I have lost over 150lbs. I feel great. I finally hit 200lbs which I havent seen since I was in middle school. everything is going great. size 36 pants and 44 regular suits. I can keep up my kids and wife alot easier. Everything is fine. Thinking about plastic surgery right now. Havent decided yet.About Me
