"Dr Schram was a total sweetheart. He was caring and took his time with me even though I had all the inforamtion I needed(mom had surgery two years ago). He still made sure I didn't have any questions. I just met him for counciltation so I don't have any other impression about him. His staff was wonderful...They were so friendly and so nice. I have found the best group to be a part of. The only risk he really expressed to me was the Lap over open and he said it was 10% higher risk for Lap, so he recomended the open. I would rate him a number one in everything. He is awsome and I have no fear letting him do my operation. I would say if I had to pick one over the other I would say surgical competence because you don't want a dummy opening you up and reconstructing your insides. Bedside manner is good too, but the surgical competence is much more important to your well being. I don't have much to worry about with Dr. Schram he is great. Just my opinion and I wouldn't have anyone else do it!"
