Hello everyone, I just want to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts, all those are appreciated and really helped and worked!!! I am 12 days postop, and doing pretty good. Went to the doctor couple days ago and he took the drain out and now I am really on my way. I am a little weak but will get through these days also. I cannot thank Dr Borao and his staff enough, they were so helpful and understanding and willing to answer any questions I asked. Also the hospital I was in was Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch NJ, a very professional and caring facility. 10 days postop I am down 25 lbs, yeaaaaaaaaaaa. Thanks everyone again Danny

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Good Luck to you Danny. Don't get discouraged with the whole process, it is a long road to the surgical date but it will be worth the wait! Keep the faith and take this time to find some buddies who are going through it. I met alot of nice fellow WLS buddies on this site and through the meetings. It's great to have some friends that understand!! Keep in touch! I hope to see you at a meeting, I'll be Post-op by then. Smiles, Georgette
