Well, the weight loss is still going good. I have lost a total of 159 pounds to date. It's only been since December 7th when I had the surgery. I have started working out four times a week now. I'm so excited abouyt exercising. Never thought i would be saying that for sure. Well this have really changed for me in the last few months. I feel better now than I have in a really long time. Everything that I have gone through and will go through is worth every tear........

Well so far I'm doing great. I have lost a total of 125 pounds. Now wait that was 60 pounds before the surgery and 65 pounds after the surgery. I go back to the doctor on 02/28/05. So I hope to post some more good news on my weight loss.........

The surgery went just fine. I was in the hospital for 6 days. Other than that i have lost 60 pounds since my surger on 12/07/04. I'm eating solid foods now, but i have learned it is now the hardest part. The mental part of healing.
