Hi John! Congrats on having your surgery! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated, swift recovery. You are an official loser!! It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. ... Gal. 5 vs.............................. Freedom...freedom to move..freedom to do the things that we were not able to do for so long...freedom to live. No longer will you be a slave to this issue of weight and all that it has brought you. You are finally free!!!!................................ I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Eph 3.16..................................... Power..now you have the power to stregnthen yourself. Be empowered! go out and encourage those that need to be encourage. those who are thinking about wls... share you journey with others so that they too can become empowered and....................................... In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. .............................. Give praise to the heavenly Father that has watched over you!! He has kept you through these procedures and has kept you safe. He has enabled you to over come this issue of weight and will allow you to shine... shine your light!!! and....................................... Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. Gal. 6 and.................... share the good news that has been shared with you.. tell everyone about your jounery...every detail share.... so that others will learn and be empowered...
