Hey Everyone!!! I want to first thank you for all of your prayers and kind words. I believe that prayer in numbers work and because of you my journey has been a breeze. I am doing well and look forward to starting a new life. I have lost 18lbs so far and I can really feel it in my clothes. I am excited and will continue to update my profile regularly. Don't be scared! Just focus on how good it's going to feel to bend and stretch -- and shopping!I'm envious! I see Dr. E on 2/4. I once spent 4 weeks at INOVA Fairfax with an abdominal infection which I later had surgery for at the same hospital. I was admitted near death, and they saved my life -- they are a great bunch of people.

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
