Tomorrow (Wed) will be my one month surgaversary!  I'm in a stall, which is expected, but I'm down 15 lbs since day of surgery, so that's a reasonable loss for the first month.

My job is mostly mental (software engineering).  I'm 3 weeks post-op and still find myself not just low physical energy but frankly in a bit of a mental fog.  This is not good for my work, obviously.

Chewable multis with iron taste terrible to me, and it's important that I take my chewable every day, so I went the route of the non-iron version so I'll actually take it.
