Hi all. I just got back from the doc and all is well. Since 2/22/01, I have lost 11 pounds and 3 inches. YeeHaw!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took the staple out today and that felt much better. I also start soft foods today. I had one scrambled egg for lunch (didn't eat all of it), and that egg never tasted so good. LOL I hope that you are all doing great. I can't stay at the computer very long, but wanted to say Hi to EVERYONE. Lots of hugs, Kelly

Hi Kelly! I've been checking up on you on the WLS site and just read that you are home and doing well. I'm so happy for you that this part is over. I look forward to your comments on your hospital pre-op and post-op experiences when your up to it. I just wanted to thank you for your email answering my questions about your pre-op lab work, etc. It helps to get info from actual patients, keeps the worries at a minimum! (and the fears!!!!!) Good morning all. I am home and I even slept in my own bed last night. What a relief. I am doing pretty good with the pain. I have had some moments that I wasn't sure why I did this, but my DH reminded me why and I was just fine. Thank you all for the post and prayers. Thanks to Tam who was a wonderful angel. I pray that we will stay in contact. Lots of love, hugs and prayers to all of you that are about to make this wonderful journey. Talk with you all soon. Kelly :)

Hello Kelly, I know you're probably a little nervous but you'll be fine! You have a lot of people praying for you. Just think in less then 7 days you will be on the other side(the thin one). Best of wishes to you !
