Tami, Thanks for your encouraging words for my pre-op diet. I really appreciated all the hints - I tried several of them and I've actually managed to lose 16lbs so far. Also, you are such an inspiration! I hope I too can say one day that I've joined the Century Club! Wishing you continued success!
