I just wanted to post an update on myself. It's been 3 1/2 weeks since my surgery. Everything is going well so far and I'm feeling pretty good. My doctor has his patients on a pureed diet for the first 6 weeks, so I am in the middle of that. I will be ecstatic to have food that isn't "pre-chewed". My energy level is almost back to what it was pre-op and I am down 30 lbs. Hooray!
