May God Bless and keep you close at his side as you go through this journey. You must be very excited and nervous all at the same time. This will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you will have ups and downs. You can always turn to your AMOS family for support. Thanks to all who have written to me and encouraged me. I appreciate all the kind words. I am working my butt off trying to get all my ducks in a row at work so I won't have that to worry about while I'm out. Anyway, time is going by so fast, but I've been pretty productive so far. Now, if I can just keep it up. LOL. So, thanks again and I'll keep everyone updated. AnnaBanana

Hi Anna , Im Ruthie .. my surgery was march 26 of 2003 .. My Drs were Drs Strickland and Givens too , they are the BEST I started at 248 size 20/22 and today I am 152 and a size 8 ,This surgery is by far the best thing I have ever done for my self ..
