Emily; Congrats on taking control of your life, and by now you should be well on your way towards recovery! GOD BLess and grant you a speedy recovery!! I am from Saginaw, too, and I had surgery on 9/05/01 in Toledo, Ohio. I also have family with the last name of Duby, my maiden name was La Porte, sound familiar?? Even if it doesn't, here we are all family!!!! ((((((((lots of tender hugs)))))))))))))

Emily...I've got surgery scheduled September 5th at BTC too! Yay! My surgeon is Dr. Lane. If you need a walking buddy, I'm with ya. Only 4 weeks now. I'm a little nervous, but more optimistic than anything. What we have to remember is that the pain is temporary and the joy increases from here! Best wishes & see you soon!
