Aloha, We now have a new support group here in the East Valley... here is the link....http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/AZWLS-Eastside/ We have biweekly meetings...2nd and 4th Wed of the month at Valley Lutheran Medical Center...located at Broadway and Power Rd...It is open to all no matter the surgeon, surgery, or insurance!! We do have people come from Glendale to Casa Grande! DEE in AZ

You are about to give yourself the greatest gift you could ever imagine. My surgery was 7 weeks ago and I must say it is the best gift I have ever given myself. I have dropped 40 lbs and feel and look much better. I am much healthier and have not had to take any blood pressure medication, nothing for acid reflux or a fluid pill since the surgery. Congratulations Lucy! I will pray for you to have a healthy and speedy recovery! I am having surgery the day before you with Dr. Zahn. I try to say "HI" as we pass in the hall walking after surgery. Best of Luck! God Bless.

I wish you the very best of luck and want you to know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am having my surgery on 9/18/00 and that is just 4 more days. I was very scared at first but have a peace about it since I prayed and placed it all in the hands of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Good Luck and God Bless, we are going to do just fine. ^j^
