I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!

Hi Rosalie- I felt like I was reading about myself in your post. I am 32 also, haven't weighted recently but before last check was 314. I have a herniated disc in my back and have also been researching this for about 12-15 months. I think I am also ready. Good luck to you in your journey!
