Hi Dannielle, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course, it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. For me, the week before my surgery was harder than the week after. Right after, I was more sore than in pain; nothing that can't be handled. Remember to keep it positive. That means positive, supportive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,

I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. May God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will experience ups and downs. Just remember that we, your AMOS family, will always be here for you. We will offer support and encouragement. You will find this to be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that I did. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow!
