Well I just finished my thanksgiving meal.How strange not to feel so full I could explode. I feel great. Tomorrow I'm 8 weeks post op and I have lost 30 pounds. I know some have lost more by this time but I am happy with it. Will start going to the gym and try to get the average lbs up and do some toning.

I know you have had your surgery, I hope everything is going well.The first week is rough but you will feel better and better as time goes on, I want you to know I am here for you. I had my surgery 8/22/01 and I have already lost 45 lbs. The surgery is awesome. Email me when you feel better. I also had Dr. ferrari. Best wishes, CIndy Crain
