Hi everyone. Got home yesterday. I am tired and quite sore. Not my incision, though...my fanny and my arms hurt like HECK!!!!! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. Kathy, thanks so much for updating here and for visiting me! You have NOOOO idea how it made my day to see you! You look fantastic girl! {{{HUGS}}} Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers...please keep them coming as I recover. I will update more when I have the stamina. Take care and best of luck to you all!

Hi all ~ I spoke with Chapin's husband last night and he said she came through her surgery well. It took about 4 hours and she had a while to wait for a room, but she is doing as expected. I will be visiting her this afternoon so I will report more after. Good luck to all!

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Chapin~ Best of luck tomorrow morning...you are almost there girl! You will experience a lot of emotions today, know these are normal and to be expected. Remember why you chose to do this, and stay positive! Think of your future with your 3 boys, not to mention the big boy John! Can't you wait for the day you can all go to the amusement park and do all the rides with the kids? I know that is one of my goals. The next week won't be easy, but it will be definitely worth it! TOMORROW IS THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!! ***jumping up and down with joy, excitement, anticipation and nervous energy!!!*** First, I have to THANK everyone that has been so supportive of me in this journey! The overwhelming posts I have on my surgery date page is just amazing! It means so much to me! THANK YOU!!!!! My parents come down from Maine today, so they can be here to help with the kids. I need to be at the hospital at 6:15AM EST tomorrow and surgery is for 7:45 EST. SO, hopefully...I won't have any delays! Ya right! LOL Oh, and of course...I got my period today....isn't that always the way!?!?!?!? ACK! I think when you are done having kids or you don't want kids, you should just be period free! LOL I am on a liquid diet today and have to take MOM and 2 different antibiotics to prepare for surgery tomorrow. It is only 9:45 and I am hungry already! ACK! Oh well, nothing is going to stop me now!!!! Thanks again all! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow!!! I will update you all as soon as I can! Kathy Gorr, stay strong and healthy!
