Chapin, good luck on May 1st. That is my surgery date, but now one yr post op. I am down 144lbs. and would do it again in a heart beat. My thoughts are w/ you on your day. May you have a complication free surgery and a swift recovery.
Hi Chapin! Boy Oh Boy! I went to post here because we are having surgery on the same day and I wanted to wish you luck. After reading your profile I see we have a lot more in common. I am also 33 will be 24 in August, I am the mother of one special little boy who will be 15 months in a few days. I too am doing this to see my son grow up and to some day rock my grandbabies. I have a wonderful husband who is supportive yet afraid of this surgery. Cant wait to write to you after WLS and see how we are feeling!! ((HUGS & PRAYERS))Lisa
