James. I just got finished reading your update. Hopefully Dr. Udobi will take care of everything. I just got home from the hospital Sunday at midnight. I need to get busy on my walking. Good luck and if you need anything or just need to talk, feel free to e-mail me anytime. I am a little slower these days and can't spell anything. Renee'

James, Hope you're doing well! You were due to have surgery 5 days after me, now coming up on our one year anniversary, I'm wondering how are you?

Dear James~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! on joining the CENTURY CLUB; what amazing progress you have made in such a short time. Sorry this is late but I must have missed your post in June. I hope that your wife does well with her surgery if WLS is her decision. Be well, be happy, be blessed. (The site is a little screwy tonight, so forgive me if this post shows twice).

Good luck with the journey! You can tell from your picture you are a good looking man and will only get BETTER as the weight falls off. Your wife must be so pleased that you will be around so much longer from having had this surgery. Take care of yourself and lean on your wife, God and AMOS when you need it.

4/2/02 Update: I went to the doctor today and had the drains removed and 1/2 of the staples removed. Ok drum roll....36 lbs gone forever. I am so grateful to everyone that has offered support and encouragement during this journey. You all are the greatest.
