~*~(From my heart to yours)I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.(unknown author)~*~Hugs~*~

Hello Deborah - How exciting and CONGRATULATIONS your chance at a healthier life is just days away. What a happy and important time for you. Just remember your overall attitude plays a large role in your recovery, keep it POSITIVE and ask lots and lots of questions. This is a new learning experience for all of us that choose this path and we draw so much from each other. I look forward to reading all the wonderful and exciting changes that you will be blessed with as you begin to make your journey to the healthier and thinner side! It is time to start living life for YOU. This surgery is the first step of many that will lead you in the direction of your newly founded freedom. (My chance at freedom was 9 months ago. I've lost a 150 pounds, only 50 more to goal!!) Embrace life, meet it head on, keep your head held high and a smile on your face. My prayers and best wishes are with you! "To grow, you must be willing to let your present and future be totally unlike your past. Your history is not your destiny." -- Alan Cohen ....Hugs and Smiles : )
