Michelle I read your comments today in the daily digest and could not resist replying. Do Not Let Your Family guide your decision to better your life. You do not live for them live you live for yourself. I grew up as the fat shamefull sibling also everyone else was thin and then there was me. Your family has set themselves to see you always as the fat one Do not let this happen once you have your surgery and you lose your weight they will then be suprised and ready to take credit. You can love them they can love you, they don't want your status to change in the family your role so to speak you all grew up this way "remember thoughts of and then there was Michelle". Do this for your self and only your self the rest will fall into place. I wish you Love and happiness in your new life.
