Ann Chau

"First of all, her name is ANH CHAU, not ANN. Secondly, she has been my pcm for several years now and I have not had problem one with her. "

Delete - Chewable Vitamins+Iron

"These chewable tabs do provide the supplements required after surgery but the taste TERRIBLE! it starts off ok then goes bad--lemon lime flavored. I even tried to give them away and noone would take them. "

Munroe Regional (COE)

"As they handle a lot of his patients, the care overall was great. I have to complain about the dietary department though, they were consistently late with my drinks. Other than that the care was great"

Muhammad Jawad

"My first impression of his office staff was that they were truly trying to help and did not in any way what-so-ever act like I was less of a person because I wanted this surgery(yes I got that feeling from other offices)As the first appt came up for the initial meet and greet I had a hundred questions, each was answered kindly and completely. I was lucky though-due to the job I do, I talked to them on an almost daily basis. My first impression of him was that he knew what he was talking about. He has been doing bariatric surgeries for a long time and is very knowledgeable of the procedure. He answered every question we had without fail and is truly concerned about the patient. I can't say there was anything I disliked about him and that is saying a LOT as I am a nurse and just as a person I can always find something about you that I do not like!!!! He is very concerened about the after care and makes sure that you know the consequences if you don't follow up regularly and if you don't follow the guidelines. He makes sure that you understand that this is a tool---not a cure!!! I have rarely in my practice as a nurse come accross a Dr that truly cares about your success, has great competence at his practice and has a great bedside manner to go with it. I am grateful that I was able to find such a Dr for such a risky procedure. To prospective patients--REASEARCH REASEARCH REASERCH is all I can say. Make it easy on yourself. Call your insurance company, ask them what the requirements are for the surgery--they will tell you--make sure that you have all of the paperwork ready when you go to your appt. Don't get angry with his staff because your claim was denied when you neglected to do your part. You have to take some responsability with this procedure as well. I can only hope that all of you have as easy of a process as I did. "
